Candidate Requirements
Ready to make the next step? Candidates for Correctional Officers should meet the following criteria before application:
- At least 18 years old
- Possess a high school diploma or GED
- Possess a valid social security or alien registration card
- Fluent in English
- US citizenship is not required to apply.
Applicants must pass a comprehensive screening process, background check, physical fitness and psychological assessment, medical and drug screenings.
